Trying to analyse carisma is different from trying to analyse perverted structures or extremely seductive people.
People with carisma bring to the outer world what nobody or just a few people have seen on them before. Maybe is something they don´t even know they have and in all of a sudden it´s brought to them as an insight, as a gift.
